If you do not express your refusal to process your personal data for the additional purposes described above within the term mentioned in advance, you will be deemed to have consented and accepted the use and processing of your personal data for such purposes; however, this will not be an impediment for you at any time to exercise your ARCO Rights and express your refusal to process said data, communicating the above by sending an email to privacy@kuona.ai.
The refusal to use your personal data for these additional purposes will not be a reason for us to deny you the Services.
With whom do we share your personal data and for what purposes?
Kuona, in order to fulfill the necessary purposes described above or other legally required purposes or as demanded by competent authorities, will transfer the necessary personal data to the following organizations and for the following purposes:

- External professional advisors, such as lawyers and accountants: As service providers acting on behalf and on behalf of KUONA.

Our software and the data we collect are stored on servers in a private network owned by KUONA within the AWS cloud (Amazon Web Services), which comply with various security protocols. Additionally, the Site has an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate as an Internet connection security standard, to establish an encrypted link between a server and a client.

KUONA reserves the right to make changes or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time. These changes will be made available to you by email or through the Site.

KUONA does not collect sensitive personal data. The data that you provide us freely in your curriculum, which must not contain sensitive personal data. Nor should it include patrimonial or financial data. If you include any of this data because you consider it convenient, in order to evaluate and process your request, you must first give us your express written consent.

However, by submitting your application, you agree that your personal information, including your resume and contact details, will be managed and processed by the software as a service (SaaS) provider Manatal.com, used for the recruitment and selection process. Your information will be subject to the privacy and security policies of Manatal.com, being shared only with authorized members of our recruitment and selection team, and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except legal obligation.

The personal data of the candidates will be stored for a period maximum of two years from the date the data was received or until the candidate requests its removal. This timeframe will allow the company to assess the possibility of future employment opportunities with the candidate.
Once the mentioned retention period has elapsed, the company will proceed to the safe and definitive elimination of the personal data of the candidates. This will include the deletion of physical and electronic copies of the data, as well as the destruction of any media containing personal information.
